FAQ

How do I download a Twitter / X video?

Open the tweet and click the bajalo icon. You’ll see each video in the tweet with its quality. Click Download and it lands in your Downloads folder.

How do I download a Loom video?

Open the Loom link, play it once and click the icon. Pick the quality and a tab opens that lets you know when it’s ready.

Can I download YouTube videos?

No. Chrome Web Store rules don’t allow it, so bajalo doesn’t.

Is it free?

Completely. No account, no paid plan, no limits.

Is it safe? What does it do with my data?

It doesn’t know what you watch: it never sends sites, links or anything that identifies you. It only counts, anonymously, whether it found and downloaded the video, so I know it works; you can turn that off in the extension. More in the privacy policy.

Why does it ask for access to all sites?

To find the video on any page. It’s optional: without it, it still works on Twitter / X.

A site doesn’t work. What now?

Click “Send diagnostics” in the extension and tell me what you were trying to download. It reaches me with no full links or personal data.

Use it for your own videos or videos you have the right to keep.

Try it with the next video you want to keep.
